Booking terms & conditions
Please read these terms before booking. By confirming an appointment you agree to them.

Allergies, sensitivities and medical conditions
- 1.1 You must declare every known allergy or sensitivity (for example hair dye / PPD, latex, acrylic, fragrance, wax, essential oils, medications) and any relevant medical condition (pregnancy, skin conditions, recent treatments) before your appointment, using the allergies field when booking or by telling your specialist before the treatment starts.
- 1.2 Our specialists rely on the information you provide. If you do not declare an allergy or sensitivity, or your declaration is incomplete or inaccurate, the salon and its staff are not responsible for any reaction, irritation, injury or damage that results.
- 1.3 For colour and chemical services we may offer a patch test at least 48 hours before the treatment. If you decline a patch test you accept the associated risk.
- 1.4 If you feel discomfort at any time during a treatment, tell your specialist immediately so the treatment can be stopped.
Appointments, cancellations and lateness
- 2.1 Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may shorten or reschedule your treatment.
- 2.2 Appointments can be cancelled online free of charge up to 3 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be recorded on your profile and may affect future bookings.
- 2.3 The salon may need to reschedule in exceptional circumstances (illness, emergencies). We will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available time.
Prices and payment
- 3.1 Prices shown online are the standard prices in JOD. Extra length, thickness, colour corrections or additional products may change the final price; your specialist will tell you before proceeding.
- 3.2 Payment is made at the salon. Coupons must be presented at booking and cannot be combined unless stated.
Ladies-only space and privacy
- 4.1 The salon is a ladies-only space. Photography inside the salon is not permitted without the consent of everyone who could appear in the picture.
- 4.2 Your contact details, appointment history, declared allergies and reviews are stored so we can serve you safely and remind you of your appointments. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to update or delete your profile at any time.
Results
- 5.1 Beauty results vary with hair and skin type, previous treatments and home care. We will always give honest advice, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
- 5.2 If you are not happy with a service, tell us within 48 hours and we will do our best to put it right.
